At MAS Thaiboxing everybody is trained like real fighters, by real fighters, regardless of their fitness level or their personal fitness goals.
Classes are available to men, women and children of ALL skill and fitness levels. In training you will learn the practical application of all offensive and defensive skills against an opponent using padded protective gear, combining self defense with an excellent workout.
Training includes shadow boxing, bag work, pad work, skill development drills, technical sparring and conditioning using core strengthening exercises and plyometrics.
In addition to group training sessions in Muay Thai, private muay thai sessions and personal fitness training sessions are available upon request. Private sessions are offered in individual and studio sessions of up to 3 people. For more information, contact Chris Kew

Muay Thai Evolution series continues in Stratford on Friday June 27,2008 at The new Rotary Complex on McCarthy Road. Doors open at 6pm with a prefight show starting at 7pm and fights starting at 8pm.
